Green cotton twill tunic with three off-center buttons down front, square neckline with collar, side zipper and belt loops at waist. Bodice has a round stitched red, white and blue patch, "City of Kenosha Wisconsin". Reverse has "14" in green felt. There are no patches on the sleeves. Inside neck has manufacturer's label, "King Sportswear Company". Donated by Forrest Wagner.
