Composition in ochre, earthy, red, gray, green, blue, lilac, white, black, orange and yellow. Smooth texture with marked brushstrokes. Figures represented with significant and deliberated deformed expressions. It depicts Jesus carrying the cross, against a light background with abstract-geometric shapes. In the center of the composition, Jesus is walking 3/4 facing left, carrying large cross on his right shoulder. He has long hair, the face expression of pain, left arm along the body, bare feet and wearing a long dark tunic with a waistband. On the right shoulder, a huge cross, whose vertical crossbeam crawls on the ground. On the left, a soldier back facing, slightly turned to the right, face to face with Jesus. He has his left arm raised holding a whip with long straps, his right leg ahead of the left and wears a short tunic. On the right behind Jesus and behind the vertical crossbeam, a soldier facing forward with his knees bent, profile head to left, holding the cross. Flat ground in rose and red tones and clear background with abstract-geometric shapes, a contrast of light and dark tones that accentuates the drama of the scene is noticed.
