B-17 storage

Over 1,200 bombers, mostly B-17 Flying Fortresses in this photo, are in storage awaiting disposal at Kingman Army Air Field (KAAF). Many more are just out of view that make up almost 5,000 aircraft. The Port Kingman airport can be seen in the background.
