Gold medallion presented to Frank Beaurepaire by the Melbourne Swimming Club in 1919-20 for outstanding achievements that season. Medallion shaped like a life belt bound with delicate ropes enclosing an M.S.C. monogram. Obverse inscription around belt reads, "MELBOURNE / SWIMMING CLUB / CHAMPION / 1919-20". Reverse inscription reads, "F.E. BEAUREPAIRE / 2nd 100.Yds.58 2/5s / 1st 220 Yds 2'27 4/5 / 1st 440 Yds.5'44". Loop attachment at top.
