In 1964 toy maker Deluxe Reading's Topper Toys Division offered Suzy Cute, a seven-inch doll with several outfits and a variety of unique accessories. Packaged with a yellow plastic crib, Suzy Cute also had a carriage, bathinette, swing set, and feeding chair. Topper assured little girls that it offered "Everything mommy needs to make Suzy Cute happy." The doll also took a bottle (and wet her diapers), and she raised her arms up bechechingly when her stomach was squeezed.
