Along with Ruchin Soni, Tushar Kamble was given to paint the second wall at the Chief Minister's residence in Patna. Now this artwork presented a stylistic and thematic contrast to the other wall. While Soni's art work presented the Golden History, Kamble set out to showcase a modernistic version of developing Bihar. The themes one can spot on this work are Women in Policing force, Girls' education, Infrastructural boost in the state, all in the backdrop of Gandhi (Important to note that 2017 was the centenary year of Gandhi's Champaran Satyagraha!).
