The known part of the city in the early seventies included what had been discovered in the early twentieth century (capitol, theater, part of the forum, part of salting factories, eastern necropolis), the paved square Forum (covered with water in the photo ), the two lateral/side porticos and its civil buildings, a baths and the incipient Basilica, still partly under the military road which was close to the contemporary village of Bolonia (in the background), both overlapped Roman city.
