Balancing act

The artwork "Equalizers" is an abstract composition of cement, characterized by frontality, architectural-scenographic perception, the dominant sense of monumentality and rhythm. It is a precursor to her later compositions in metal with sharp endings that trace the plastic qualities of the void and have the exclusive function of shaping it. The sculptor achieves this through the creation of a subtle relationship between matter and the immaterial, the visible and the invisible, the positive and the negative.
