Ballaugh Old Church

In the graveyard attached, a small but most exquisitely carved runic cross is to be found, a memorial of 'Thorlaf Thorjolfsen to his son Olaf'...Its church-walls and gateway, however, are fast tottering to decay, and the day cannot be long distant when it must be demolished for safety.'
