Mirage Vanguard is an Atlanta-based multidisciplinary artist, best known for her colorful pop art and contemporary work with nods to pop and black culture. Atlanta native, Vanguard discovered she was naturally inclined to be an artist at a young age. Her father, being a talented artist himself, encouraged her to explore and develop her artistic abilities as early as elementary school, where she would often find herself staying in during recess to sketch portraits of her friends in lieu of the playground
