Bas relief carved on wood block (4"x3") of John Rennie the Younger (1761-1821). Inscribed on the back in ink:- "Portrait of Mr. Rennie the Engineer by Kelly, 1821. The wood is out of the piles from the foundation of the Savoy Palace pulled down by the erection of Waterloo Bridge"
