Utilized core tool manufactured from a gray basalt cobble. At least four flakes were removed from one end of the cobble, creating a steep edge angle. Tiny bifacial utilization flake scars occur inside the larger flake scars of the working edge. Other end of the cobble exhibits some battering. This core was recovered during an archaeological monitoring project that occurred to the west and northwest of the platform mound. Museum Accession: 1998.21
