Coiled, shallow open container made of plant fiber. Coil foundation is probably willow or cottonwood sewn w/ willow & devil's claw for the dk areas. Design begins w/ circles in centers & flares to a whirling checkerboard pattern: 4 sect. w/ three sets of lines in each section fan from center to rim.
