Batasia loop

At Batasia loop, the ‘joy train’ halts to allow passengers to take pictures of Darjeeling town, which looks fabulous with the Himalayas in the background. This final loop, a few kilometers from Darjeeling, is grand in size and design, making it the most famous stretch of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway.
