Baštová Street lies directly beneath the Michael's Gate landmark and its medieval charm with wineries and inns is still preserved to this day. Ivan Kozáček documented the street life of Bratislava in small details as well as large panoramas. He carefully observed ordinary citizens and the transformations of the city during the second half of 20th century.
