Ingredietns: 20g purple cabbage sprouts, 1 sheet spring roll wrap, 10g black bean sprouts, 10g yellow peppers (sliced), 10g green peppers (sliced), 1g salt, 10ml olive oil, 1 lemon (jus)
Method:
1. Mix pepper slices, sprouts, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice, toss evenly to make fillings.
2. Place fillings on wrap and form into spring roll.
