Medium Sized Belt With Hunting Scene. This belt is composed of four fragments. Missing portions between the fragments were completed by taking a mould from the preserved parts of the belt and one single piece was reduced. The outer border is perforated with small string holes with short gaps between them. The surface of the belt is divided into three registers by four braided horizontal bands. There is a hunting scene on the surface. The figures on the decoration surface proceed toward each end from the center of the belt, in three rows of similar type, one on top of the other. The registers are elimited by inward-oriented palmette rosettes placed at intervals along the top and the bottom of each row. The moving figures include horsemen shooting arrows, lions and bulls. The figures are placed on the same axis in columns, three times, successively. Four lions in a walking pose are placed in the rectangular panel delimited by the braided band at the right end of the belt. A loop-shaped belt buckle is riveted to the right end of the belt.
