The blessing follows a family tradition handed down through generations. Within a lineage of healers formed by strong and special women, is Ana Roberta, the artist's eponymous great-grandmother. An outstanding figure, she was a midwife, neighborhood leader, organizer of kermesses, novenas… a local reference.
