Heidi says: "My fourth portrait for #portraitsforNHSheroes is the lovely Beth, nominated by her Mum.

Beth is a newly qualified neuro intensive care nurse working on Covid wards in Sheffield. Her Mum has been worried sick about her but is also incredibly proud of her daughter.

Beth is a true NHS hero - she threw herself into her role despite seeing many of her colleagues contract the virus, having to learn ventilation and coping with 14 hour shifts."

Beth says: "Thank you so much Heidi . I have shown Beth this and she cannot believe how talented you are . She is truly grateful."
