Birds of Lake Tofutsu, Bean goose

Bean Goose stop by in spring and fall on their way between their breeding grounds in Kamchatka and Izunuma, Miyagi Prefecture, and other areas. The sight of large flocks of Bean Goose flying across the lake, singing as they enter and leave their roosts and eagles soar overhead, is a spectacular sight.
