Bloke Spring / Summer 2020 at Lagos Fashion Week 2019. Designer, Oluwajimi decided to look within for Spring 2020 inspiration, exploring the concept of family. His self described “inquisitive look” into what family truly means saw him expand his fabric choices beyond handcrafted silk knits to traditional Nigerian textiles like adire. Bloke is an androgynous brand from Nigeria is known for its innovative approach to knitwear, a category largely overlooked in contemporary African fashion, and therefore ripe for experimentation.
