In 2003 the U.S. Army National Guard produced a highly-rated board game combination, including a comic book inside the game box. The board game itself, a type of strategy or war game, pits slow but powerful "divisions" against quicker but less powerful brigades. Likely intended as a recruiting tool, the game is still bought and sold on the secondary market ten years after its initial production.
