"If you're going to go, go big," Bucephalus Games President Dan Tibbles proclaimed. And go big he did. In 2008, Tibbles launched his fledgling company Bucephalus Games with a whopping g 37 titles, instead of testing the waters with just one or two. These games span many genres, including strategy games, card games, party games, and general board games. Bucephalus' first 12 products, which were released in July 2008, were in development and testing for two years and are products of game industry veterans. Tibbles plans to sell these games in smaller venues, such as hobby and bookstores, but not in the general market.
Bill of Rights is a strategy party game where each player represents a different interest group, and attempts to get his or her secret agenda incorporated into the final Bill of Rights. This is done by convincing other players to support your ideas. The player who has the most rights included in the final version of the bill is declared the winner.
