In 1973, famed game and toy designer Marvin Glass re-worked a 1971 Parker Brothers game, Landslide. That game involved players using votes as money; the player with the most electoral votes wins the election and game. In 1973's game Billionaire, Glass changed the votes to stocks and dollars, and players bid on certain stocks in an attempt to become wealthy. The game is characterized by a unique stock randomizer device, so that anyone can win with any stock.
