Board games that simulate the act of catching a fish are hundreds of years old. Some random element of maunal dexterity generally adds the fun. The Fish-A-Ree game from MindWare incorporates this--once set up the players can't tell which fish are long and which are short. They must measure the fish they catch; the game teaches measurement. It is a new, educational, and amusing take on an old standard game.
