J.H. Singer produced the "Game of BoPeep" during the latter part of the 19th century. the box cover illustration, a fancy picture of the title heroine and therefore a reference to the nursery rhyme, indicated that younger children would enjoy playing this game. A simple race-style game, the board is printed with instructions all along the route, in the form of lines from "Little BoPeep" and other well-known nursery rhymes.
