Rosebud Art Co. of New York City produced games during the early 20th century. While the firm's output wasn't extremely high, one memorable party game from 1930, Life of the Party, stands out. A simple concept, the game essentially consists of a booklet filled with numbered party stunts and a spinner, which fills the entire box. But the spinner takes the form of a ridiculous donkey, whose tail marks the number of the stunt, in the booklet, which the player must perform. Undoubtedly the spinner and the stunts provoked peals of laughter in 1930.
