During the 1960s and early 1970 the 3M Company, better known now for manufacturing Scotch brand tape, made several unique series of games. Best known for their bookshelf games and sports games, the firm also made smaller versions of many games and specialty games in unique packaging. They produced two completely different games in a "cracker box" package. One of these is 1973's Mr. Who, a whodunit card game played on a vinyl game board. Designer Colin Linn developed the clever card-matching system for solving crimes.
