The Tudor Metal Products Corporation of Brooklyn, NY, made sport simulation board games from around the 1950s through the 1970s. Tudor was most famous for its electric football games in which the little plastic players moved, when the board was turned on, by means of vibration. Many football fans who grew up during this era have fond memories of playing these games. Although the players were just as likely to fall over as to gain yardage, they did move and a game was possible. Tudor also made electric baseball games, track meet games, and horse racing games which all made use of the same vibrating technology.
