Actress Clara Peller first spoke the phrase "Where's the beef?" in a 1984 advertisement for Wendy's fast food chain. In the commercial, she receives a massive hamburger bun from a fictional competitor with a slogan of "Home of the Big Bun." The advertising campaign proved successful, prompting a series of commercials starring an outraged Peller, as well as a hit song by Nashville songwriter Coyote McCloud entitled "Where's the Beef?" Milton Bradley released a board game based on the slogan, complete with a caricature of Clara Peller holding an over-sized bun and asking her famous question on the box cover. Players must move across the restaurant-themed game board, searching for the coveted beef tiles. The first to find all four tiles wins the game and can happily claim that they have found the beef.
