Boat bed from the Ducal Palace of Parma

Four low square feet, which have ornamental blocks with a volute motif, support a simple horizontal molding on which the wooden boat bed rests with a profile marked by a darker wooden thread; the sides are decorated with phytomorphic inlays, and a flower inlay returns on the outside of the upper ends of the flared headboards.
