González Byass is one of Jerez's finest and most traditional wineries. The sherry exporter's origins date back to the 19th century. One of their best-known brands is Tío Pepe, whose logo (a bottle of “fino” sherry, with a red hat and jacket) is one of the most successful in Spanish advertising history.
