Bodice belonging to a resident of the village of Kaszów (near Krakow). Used in the early 20th century. Made of trimmed cloth. Lining made of canvas used to cover mattresses. Richly decorated with soutache, metallic threads, crepe, and beads. Large tassels along the front cut and around the waist. Colourful embroidery with plant motifs. Bottom finished with overlapping pieces of cloth (kaletki). Sewn partly by machine and partly by hand.
