Bombay V.T. (now Mumbai CST), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the most outstanding building in India of the British Colonial period. The architecture of CST combines aspects of Gothic Revival with elements of local ornamentation. The pinnacles, turrets, towers and spires are Gothic. The architect has adroitly placed a dome on a Gothic building, never done before.
