In the background, on the left, the Fort of Curuzu, the roof of a house and tents. Near the bank, at the bottom and to the left, a rowing canoe with men inside. Light blue sky with clouds and smoke in cinque and black tones from the boats. Author's signature in the lower right corner: "E. De Martino".
