Float in 1953 May Day Parade on Main Street in Moscow, Idaho, depicting a white bird or dove and a savings bond. Blue base of the float has white text on side and front that seems to read "Don't lose 'interest', buy bonds" and "Bonds for Peace". White bird or dove sits on the front of the float with a green sprig in its beak. Green and blue paper savings bond sits upright behind the bird. Text in border of bond reads "100, United States 100", and text in green portion of bond inside the border reads "Savings Bond, Mr. or Mrs. America" followed by "Series" and a red star and a set of numbers. Building in background located at 112 North Main, people line the street.
