- Object Notes(japanese): 器表に鉄斑を散らし、その上から青磁釉をかけて焼成したもので、元時代の龍泉窯で盛んに行われました。日本では「飛青磁」と呼ばれ、とくに茶人に好まれました。この作品はその中でも釉色・鉄斑の現れ方ともに優れた作例のひとつです。この瓶は俗に「玉壺春」と呼ばれる器形です。ほっそりした頸と豊かに膨らんだ胴部が好対照をなして、見事な均整美を見せています。高台は畳付から5ミリほど釉を削っており、露胎部は濃い赤褐色となっています。鴻池家伝来品であり、類品がイギリスのヴィクトリア＆アルバート美術館とスイスのバウアー・コレクションなどに見られます。
