Erle Pedersen USO bottom view

Erle Pedersen is one of Australia's most creative surfboard shaper/designers. His designs feature dramatic sculptural elements with a design philosophy that runs at odds with 'normal' design conventions. The USO (unidentified surfing object) is a good example of Erle's original thinking, with its raised central rib and complex channels and concaves combined with an almost birdlike outline.
