Bow Human

In Pamela Rosenkranz's works, the absence of the body presents an essential paradox. On one hand, she seeks to distance herself from the idea that the human is the most important. However, at the same time, she acknowledges that our physical and mental experience is intrinsically linked to existence. It's as if she is attempting to escape the centrality of the human, while simultaneously accepting that we are the source of our perception of the world, both physically and intellectually.

In 'Bow Human,' where a body is concealed and simultaneously revealed by a thermal blanket, a multitude of possible interpretations emerges based on the meanings that this element has had over time, from protection against the sun in space missions to current migratory crises.
