Bowl Bird

Smooth and simple curves of bronze form the shape of a bird. The back of the bird is open like a bowl. Breon O’Casey was a sculptor, printmaker, painter, jeweller and weaver. Breon said ‘my sculptures are almost always of some animal, bird or person. Why this is, I am not sure (nor do I care). It’s as well to let questions like that alone.’
