Cantonese export porcelain for the Middle East market, made for Mas'ud Mirza Yamin al-Dawlah Zill al-Sultan. Decorated with cartouches depicting figural scenes, floral bouquets, birds and butterflies. Blue area is full of lotus flower motifs. In the centre and the sides of the bowl there is an inscription medallion.
