Bowl with steep sides and high foot. Foot is unglazed and chipped in places. Rest of bowl is covered with bluish glaze. Decoration in underglaze blue: Circle of artemesia leaves (?) against a background of parallel lines, each leaf seperated from the next by vertical lines. Inside is ring at lip and double ring in center bottom enclosing a design really too stylized to be made out clearly. Glaze has built up into thick drouplets some places on the lip.
