BOX BAG

The size of this bag meant that it could carry only a few small items, perhaps cosmetics. Though small it is finely made and intricately decorated. Perspex panels hold the gold-coloured metal mesh in place. The lid is etched with flowing foliage and flowers and opens to reveal a mirror on its reverse.
