Presented on January 24, 1780 and made for the antechamber of the Prince and Princess of Asturias at the Royal Palace of El Pardo. Currently at the Prado Museum. The scene "...shows a boy sitting at the foot of a tree and playing with a little bird. It is one foot wide and 5 fingers tall like the previous ones. Its value is 500 Spanish reals." ("... representa un Muchacho q.e esta sentado al pie de un Arbol jugando con un pagarito, su ancho un pie y cinco dedos alto como los antezedentes, su balor quinientos rr.s v.n". Francisco de Goya).

This work was used to weave 4 tapestries at the Royal Factory.
