BQM-MQM-74 “Chukar”

Designed as a decoy drone, the “Chukar” entered service in 1968 and continues to be in service with many nations around the world. During the 1991 Gulf War, the “Chukar” suppressed Iraqi air defenses allowing for easier entry into Iraqi airspace for U.S. strike aircraft. This particular “Chukar” missile is from the Israeli Air Force and is displayed in its housing cradle.
