Bremen Music Bot

How would the music by robot sound like? Bremen Music Bot, an artificial intelligence robotics work consisting of four robots- a donkey, a dog, a cat and a chicken- transforms everyday noise into music. Each robot captures sound or noise around them and makes music, using Magenta, an artificial intelligence algorithm on Google’s open-source machine learning platform TensorFlow. The sound of people talking, footsteps, object clashing, etc. will turn into harmonious rhythm and melody, as the dog robot takes the low-frequency, the cat collects mid-range, and the chicken capturing high-pitched sounds, with the donkey covering all the range. As each robot converts the sounds into melody in designated instruments, a new piece of music through artificial intelligence is created, with the cute feature of the robots being a plus.
