Brief attributed to Ferdinand Magellan and Rui Faleiro (or Falero), requesting Charles I to comply with what was agreed with respect to their armada, as well as various different favors.

From reading through the brief, it is deduced to be a piece of writing by Ferdinand Magellan and Rui Faleiro and has been attributed to them for centuries. According to this hypothesis, it had been written during negotiations for the priming of the armada destined for the Spice Islands. In this brief, Charles I is requested to comply with the proposition made by the authors for the preparation of a discovery armada, and for some privileges and graces to be conceded to them.
