A red ground silk brocade, pieced, thali cover used to cover ritual
offerings, with a central square panel filled with rows of evenly
spaced butta or stylised leaf patterns. The sides and corners are
filled in with a similar pattern, though smaller and compressed —
the sides on black ground, and the corners in red, along with a
fringe in flattened gold wire.
