An 8-day, striking bracket clock. The mahogany case is topped with a brass finial shaped like an urn. It has brass bracket feet. The door has a glazed cover and brass details. The face of the clock has Roman numerals, two winding holes and a maker’s mark. The sides have pierced brass panels with red fabric backing. The back has a glass panel allowing you to see the movement inside.
This clock was once used in the Bank of England.
