An Arrow is made of an arrowhead and an arrow shaft. A battle was usually started when bowmen on both sides shoot towards the enemy, covering for foot soldiers.
From the Zeng Hou Yi Masoleum 4507 bronze arrowheads were discovered, many of which were still attached to the shaft when unearthed. Every 50 arrows were packed into a bundle and put on a wooden shelf in the north tomb chamber. Most of the shaft were decayed over time yet the arrowheads were well-kept. The arrowheads are in different shapes and there are sharp barbs on the head.
